Shipping Policy


How do you ship and how long will it take? All orders are sent the next US business day as long as you supplied the correct information and did not supply a PO box # for the shipping address. All customers will receive an email tracking of their order which is sent from the UPS automated e-mail (Quantumview) once the package is picked up by UPS  (this e-mail ends up in most customers junk mail folders due to mail filtering).  Normal shipping in the US is UPS 3-4 days and you may upgrade to UPS 1 day or 2 day shipping in the United States and Canada when you place your order.

Orders placed before 6:00pm are sent out by UPS the next business day; your choice of shipping - 1 day, 2 day or ground. We send all orders UPS and do not send orders any other way unless prior arrangements are made. Changing the shipping carrier may delay an order. Shipping is next business day and does not count weekends. For example: if you order on a Thursday by 6:00pm your order will be given to UPS Friday and a 1 day order would get to you on Monday afternoon.

To view the shipping cost for your specific order; fill in your shipping information, select your shipping method and press "continue". The shipping cost will be displayed along with the cost of the product before you process your order. You can go back and change your selection if need be.

Can you ship USPS instead of UPS on orders?
We will ship USPS on out of the country orders only.  Since we cannot get insurance for out of country orders, you must e-mail us separately agreeing to waive insurance and take full responsibility once the material leaves are warehouse.  Place your order on the website and then e-mail us agreeing to the above and we will refund the difference in UPS postage back to your card and ship USPS as requested.

If the product is returned for a refund shipping is not refunded.
